If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order, with details, photos and videos of the issue. Returns are at the recipient’s expense, unless agreed otherwise, or the items are defective or damaged. Bobo Blossoms does not except exchanges, please contact us immediately if you have any problems with your order and we will do our utmost to resolve your situation.

 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • All custom-made neon’s are non-refundable, once the order has been placed
  • If you have a technical problem with your neon not working, then of course we will help you resolve this.
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging or alternate packaging that is fit for the purpose
  • If the returned item is not received by Bobo Blossoms in its original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value
  • If the returned item is not received by Bobo Blossoms in its original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • Returns for orders over £150 will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee, unless agreed otherwise
  • Bobo Blossoms cannot accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable items (e.g. fresh flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Request a cancellation by email or instant message within: 12 hours of purchase, with the exception of neon’s already ordered.
  • Please quote order reference in all correspondence.
